Salary: From £45,000 to £50,000 plus company van and package
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in Air Conditioning.
This position will be working with a very well established HVAC company who are dealing with major projects all over the UK in relation to the installation of Air Conditioning, Pumps, Ducting and Plumbing.
This technical position will start on a large install project in the Midlands and then will move on to other projects once this is complete. As a company they have multiple projects running at one time.
The right person for this position will need to have a strong technical background within air conditioning. They need to have experience in running or supervising sites which will include risk assessments, all on site health and safety, engineer management, client meetings as well as being happy to provide hands on support the engineers if needed.
We do require this Site Manager to hold a full UK driving licence
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioning
- Managed or Supervised Air Conditioning Installation Projects
- Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Client focused
- Happy to support engineers technically on site
- Full UK driving licence
- Fgas
- Must be willing to travel when needed
