Project Engineer
Cottingham
£30,000 - £40,000
Monday – Thursday 8:30AM – 5:00PM / Friday 8:30AM – 3:00PM
25 days holiday + bank holidays, overtime, pool car / van, statutory pension, mobile phone, staying away allowance + expenses paid
We supply advanced material handling equipment to a wide range of blue-chip clients in the processing industry. Our offerings encompass the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of processing equipment. With an emphasis on innovation, we provide customized systems that enhance efficiency and surpass industry standards across various sectors. We now have the opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our team and play a crucial part in driving our projects forward, ensuring the successful execution of innovative bulk handling solutions.
Key Skills / Responsibilities
- Lead project engineering initiatives for material handling solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients and site engineers to address needs and concerns
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Knowledge of fabrication processes
- Relevant site experience in engineering projects
- Experience in grain handling / similar bulk material handling is a bonus
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Approachable and customer focused
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel and stay away occasionally
