Position: Building Services Engineer
Location: Covering an area that includes, Milton Keynes, Luton, Stevenage and Cambridgeshire
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £36,000 to £40,000 plus travel time, overtime and bonus
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the above regions.
For this position we are looking for a strong building services engineer who also has a strong plumbing background. They will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of plant rooms, ahu’s, heating, emergency lighting and all onsite compliance.
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services background. They need to have a strong mechanical bias with a good knowledge of commercial plumbing.
This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence
Requirements
- Strong Commercial Building Services Maintenance background
- Holding a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification
- Happy to travel across the above regions
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong plumbing knowledge would be an advantage
