£25,000 - £30,000
OTE £35,000 to £40,000 year 1
25 days holiday plus banks, Birthday Holiday, Pension, Free Parking, Regular staff Events and as much free tea and coffee as you can drink!
Option for a hybrid working with 2 days working from home available once through probation and based on achieving pre-set targets on a maintained bases.
Established in 2007 SER Limited has steadily grown within the recruitment sector and now employs around 25 people based in modern offices in Blackburn with great motorway access.
As we approach 2025 we are now looking to recruit two new team members to train and develop into outstanding Recruitment Consultants. Full training is provided for the right people.
The role of Recruitment Consultant is a proactive position and as such will suit someone who is naturally proactive in their nature and ideally has experience within a business-to-business sales environment.
Key duties will include:
- Proactively approaching targeted companies in order to promote and sell our recruitment services
- Bringing in new “live” vacancies which require the sourcing of candidates
- Using various resourcing methods to find potential candidates
- Interviewing candidates via telephone or/and video call
- Arranging interviews and gathering interview feedback
- Taking references
- Broking offers of employment
- Marketing your/our recruitment service via email campaigns, Linkedin posts, telesales
- Effective Account Management to further develop key Clients
- Writing and posting job adverts and handling responses
- Meeting and over achieving key sales targets and KPIs
Recruitment is a proactive job, we will provide you with the training and continue to support you however it is up to you to start developing Clients and establishing yourself as a “go to” recruiter within the specialist sector of Utilities
