To join our midlands based team we are looking for a Field Based engineer who specialises in Unified Comms and Telephony.
Field Based Telecoms Engineer
Field Based around the Staffordshire/Birmingham/Leicester/Derby area.
£35,000-£40,000
Company Van/Allowance.
9:00am-5:00pm Monday – Friday
20 days holiday + banks

The Role:
- You will be responsible being the face of the company, going out and completing VoIP/Telephony,Wi-fi and Broadband Installs and Maintenece
- Provide excellent customer service as you will be the voice of the company
- Log tickets in the support system and escalate relevant issues when appropriate
- Being proactive in your approach to system alerts and general activities.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in a field engineering role, preferably for an MSP.
- Knowledge of installing VOIP telephony – mainly 3CX is preferred.
- Experience in Wifi installation, routers and switches
- Understanding of general Wi-FI/Broadband faults.
