We're seeking an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial sprinkler projects across various sectors. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sprinkler design team to take projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee up to three active projects, balancing multiple clients needs and maintaining high standards.
- Regularly communicate with clients to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure project specifications are met.
- Supervise installation teams, prioritizing safety and quality on-site.
- Monitor and manage project expenses to stay within budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct thorough quality checks and site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety codes and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
- Travel as required for projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing commercial fire sprinkler projects.
- LPCB certifications are an asset but not required.
- Proven track record in managing multi-million-pound projects with successful outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy in client interactions.
- Experience managing diverse project types across sectors.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
