Salary: From £24,000 to £30,000 subject to level of experience
We have the opportunity to take on either an Improver level Maintenance Engineer or an Experienced Fabric Engineer for a full time, permanent position based in Poole.
This position will be working on a static commercial site alongside a team of engineers that deal with all of the sites planned and reactive maintenance. This will include lighting, alarm compliance, air conditioning maintenance etc.
We are looking for a fabric technician who already has a strong commercial maintenance background, but we also have the opportunity to take on an improver level or trainee engineer who is looking to gain more experience.
This fabric technician will be dealing with on site maintenance that will include: Basic Plumbing, Painting and Decorating, Carpentry works, Floor and Ceiling Tiles as well as other maintenance duties.
Requirements
- Experience as a Commercial Fabric Technician or Improver level engineer
- Based in a short commute to Poole
- An NVQ or City and Guilds qualification would be an advantage but not essential
- Must be able to do general commercial maintenance
- Able to work on a Saturday if needed)
