Salary: From £55,000 to £65,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager for a large commercial Prestigious site in London.

This Contract Manager needs to be Electrical bias but also have experience dealing with multi skilled engineers.

This very large prestigious site covers a large area with multiple buildings ranging from Victorian to Modern. The right person for this position will already be a skilled Contract Manager with a strong electrical background. They will need to have experience dealing with finances, health & safety, contract management, recruitment, hr issues, maintenance schedules, training as well as other support.

The right person for this position will already have experience running a large portfolio of sites with a value of over £1.5million. They need to be experienced in dealing with high calibre clients

Requirements

• Experience working as anCommercial Electrical Contract Manager
• Holding electrical qualifications
• Experienced in managing large portfolios
• Happy to manager a large static site
• Based in a commutable distance to London
• Hvacknowledge would be a bonus
• Strong compliance and health and safety knowledge
