Position: Plumber
Location: Static site in Swindon (not shift work)
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £32,000
We are looking for a Plumber to work on a large static site in the Swindon area.
This plumber will be working with a team of maintenance people that will including gas engineers, electrical engineers, plumbers and fabric technicians.
The right person for this position will have a proven track record as a plumber with experience working on Industrial or Commercial Sites. They need to be able to chase pipework, flushing, temp checks, replace radiators, bathroom maintenance and the occasional installation.
This is a Monday to Friday position with no on call. It would be perfect for someone that is looking for a 40 hour week position.
Requirements
- Strong working background as a plumber
- Must have some experience on commercial sites
- Ability to do maintenance and repair
- Based in a short commute to Swindon
- Driving licence preferred
- Level 2 in Plumbing
- Happy to work on a static site.
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- Monday to Friday Position
- 20 days holiday plus bank
- Overtime available if wanted
- No on call
