Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Responsibilities


  • Execute B2B sales efforts to drive revenue and growth by identifying and converting potential leads into customers within the security distribution industry
  • Utilize expertise in CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities and progress in CRM software
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies and approaches

Qualifications


  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the security distribution industry
  • Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms to effectively communicate with clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of hybrid work models and adaptable to changing work environments

Day-to-day


  • Engage in proactive outbound sales efforts to identify and convert potential clients
  • Use product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients about security solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to inform sales approaches
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and satisfaction
