Job Title: Project Manager – Fire and Security
Location: Corsham
Salary: £55,000 + Car Allowance

About the Role:
I am looking for a highly competent Project Manager with a strong background in fire and security systems to join our team based in Corsham. In this role, you will manage and oversee high-value residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee fire and security system projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead and coordinate the installation team, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to project plans.
• Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits and ensure on-site operations are executed safely and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout each project.
• Monitor and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fire and security sector.
• Strong understanding of fire and security systems, including installation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project milestones effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving license.
