Fire & Security Service Engineer
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 DOE
Benefits: Travel time after 30 minutes, company van, fuel card, mental health scheme, bonus scheme, 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing by 1 day per year up to 25 days), call-out rota, standby allowance, career progression, and overtime.



We are seeking a Fire and Security Service Engineer to join a highly successful and reputable company, renowned for its decades of specialist knowledge in the fire and security industry. The Role:
As a field-based Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing fire alarms and security systems across large commercial properties within the West Midlands region. This role will see you providing high-quality, consistent support to our customers while ensuring all systems are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Service and maintain fire alarms and security systems.
  • Provide excellent customer support and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Work effectively within a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and spoken.
  • Manage your schedule efficiently and adhere to service standards.

Skills & Experience Required:


  • Experience servicing fire alarms and security systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid full UK driving license.
