Fire & Security Service Engineer
Location: Manchester
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 DOE
Benefits: Travel time after 30 minutes, company van, fuel card, mental health scheme, bonus scheme, 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing by 1 day per year up to 25 days), call-out rota, standby allowance, career progression, and overtime.
We are currently seeking a Fire and Security Service Engineer to join a highly successful and reputable company that prides itself on its decades of expertise in the fire and security industry. The Role:
As a field-based Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing fire alarms and security systems across large commercial properties in the North West region. Your role will include providing consistent, high-quality support to customers while ensuring that all systems are maintained to the highest industry standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain fire alarms and security systems across various commercial properties.
- Deliver consistent and high-quality customer support.
- Work effectively as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Maintain clear and professional communication, both written and spoken.
- Ensure all service and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Full UK driving license is required.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in fire and security service engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire alarms and security systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Full, clean UK driving license.
