Position: Building Services Estimator

Location: Nottinghamshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Estimator to join a busy team within an established building services company.

This position will be dealing with estimating and sales for M&E Service and Maintenance contracts that cover on a national bases. The right person for this position will already have experience estimating for commercial service and maintenance contracts (M&E). They need to be passionate in dealing with the sales process in relation to this and have very strong IT skills.

This is a remote based position, but will be require to attend sites across the UK

It would be an advantage if this person had a commercial maintenance technical background

Requirements

• Experienced in Commercial Building Services Estimating
• Full UK driving licence
• Must have experience in estimating for service contracts
• Mechanical or electrical bias estimating
• Happy to attend sites across the country
• Strong sales background
• Able to produce accurate documentation
