AV Service & Commissioning Engineer
Location: London (Field Based)
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 DOE

The Role:
As an AV Service & Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for providing commissioning, preventative maintenance, remote and on-site service support to our high-profile clients.
Key Duties:
- Troubleshoot issues with residential AV hardware and control systems, including but not limited to home cinemas, access control, audio systems, touch panels, projectors, Lutron, Control 4, and Crestron systems.
- Carry out commissioning of residential AV projects, including network configuration, control system programming, testing, and system handover.
- Attend preventative maintenance visits to ensure installed systems continue to run smoothly.
- Perform control system firmware updates.
- Configure and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Install small upgrades and replacements of AV devices.
- Ability to work flexible hours and participate in the on-call rotation when required.
Essential Qualities and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience servicing or commissioning residential AV systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to put clients at ease.
- Strong networking knowledge with the ability to configure and troubleshoot network-related issues, specifically with brands such as Netgear, Ruckus, and Cisco.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot control systems issues with brands such as Crestron and Lutron.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between £35,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a statutory pension, and any specialist equipment required to carry out your day-to-day duties.
