Regional Operations Manager
Location: Hemel Hempstead, England (On-site, covering the Southeast Region)
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Bonus + Company VehicleAre you a skilled leader with experience in water hygiene/treatment and a passion for operational excellence? Your Role:
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the region’s operational team. This includes:
- Managing and leading the Regional Operations & Engineers
- Overseeing work planning, scheduling, and supervising schedulers
- Ensuring operational targets, efficiency, and profitability are met
- Monitoring overtime, bonuses, and staff attendance
- Recruiting, training, and upskilling engineers for continued development
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Maintaining serviceability of company vehicles in the region
- Collaborating closely with the Sales & Account Management Team
What We’re Looking For:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in water hygiene/treatment & knowledge of ACOP L8
- Strong leadership, communication & people management skills
- A proven ability to grow and develop a team
- A track record of improving operational efficiency & profitability
