Position: Building Services Engineer
Location: Gatwick area
Salary: From £40,000 to £44,000 plus package
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position
This position will be mainly dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance on a large static site in the Gatwick area, however it will also be supporting the other mobile engineers as far as central London when needed
The right person for this position will already have a strong background as a commercial building services engineer. They will be able to deal with all mechanical and electrical plant.
This engineer will spent the majority of their time on a Gatwick based site, however we will require them to assist the other mobile engineers when needed which will include travel
Requirements
- Strong working background in Building Services Maintenance
- Based in a short commute to the Gatwick area
- Must hold a minimum of a level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be willing to travel to support other engineers when required
