Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Based in a commutable distance to Dartford
Duration: Permanent
Salary: Basic salary up to £55,000 plus annual bonus
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for a full time, position within the Facilities Maintenance Industry
This position will be working under the company director of a very well established Building Services Maintenance company that has a strong presence in the South East.
This position will be managing the Business Development of hard services contracts in relation to M&E Maintenance, growing existing clients as developing new client relationships
The right person for this position will already have a strong Sales or Business Development background within FM Maintenance, dealing with M&E Hard Services Maintenance Contracts for FM Companies.
This position will be based around the Dartford area, supporting the company director at head office as well as focusing on client meetings.
Requirements
- Strong background in FM Maintenance
- Minimum of 5 years Sales or Business Development Experience
- Must be experienced in Hard Services Service Contracts
- Based in a commutable distance to Dartford
- Happy to travel for meeting when needed
- Strong background in supporting asales team
- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical commercial maintenance contracts
Package
- Basic salary subject to experience level
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
