Location: Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 (DOE)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our dedicated team. As a field-based professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing fire and security systems in a variety of commercial settings, ensuring our clients’ properties are safe and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs of fire alarm and security systems, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with clients.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a professional attitude, representing the company with integrity and dedication.
- Hold and maintain a full UK driving license to travel between client sites.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm and security systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full UK driving license required.
