Location: Stafford
Salary: £38,000 - £42,500 (DOE)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm and Access Control Service Engineer to join our growing team. As a field-based professional, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining fire alarm and access control systems in large commercial properties, ensuring safety and compliance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs of fire alarm and access control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by building strong relationships with clients and demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with both clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain a full UK driving license and travel between various client sites as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in servicing fire alarm and access control systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Full UK driving license required.
