Job Title: Business Development Manager (Managed Print Services)
Location: Essex
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 dependant on experienceCommission: 30% on all new business and 10% into current accounts.
Car allowance: £5,400 per year or £450 per month

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within the Managed Print Services sector. You will work closely with businesses to assess their print and document management needs, providing tailored solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in SMEs and large enterprises.
- Present and demonstrate MPS solutions to potential clients, showcasing cost-saving and efficiency benefits.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the print and document management sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within Managed Print Services or a related industry (e.g., office solutions, IT, or document management).
- Strong understanding of MPS, digital document solutions, and print hardware/software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented sales environment.
- Full UK driving license (essential).
