Position: Plumbing Maintenance Engineer
Location: Covering the North West
Salary: From £30,000 to £36,000 plus travel time and a great starting package
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber with a strong Maintenance background for a mobile position covering the North West.
This position will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites that include Starbucks, Student Accommodation, Wicks, Matalan, Offices and other commercial sites
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial plumbing maintenance background, preferably for a facilities company
It would be an advantage if this person also had other general maintenance experience, however this is not essential as training will be given
Requirements
- Based in the North West of England
- Holding a minimum of a level 2 in plumbing
- We would like this person to have his unvented
- Experienced working for a building services company would be an advantage
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to travel throughout the North West
