Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £36,000 to £40,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer with an electrical bias for a full time, permanent position on a static site in Banbury.
This engineer will be working in a small team, dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance throughout this commercial site.
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial
building services maintenance and will be able to deal with all electrical maintenance as well as ahu maintenance and compliance. They do need to be electrical level 3 qualified with 18th edition. It would be an advantage if this person had test and inspect, but it is not essential
This is a static site, a company vehicle will not be provided
Requirements
- Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
- Based in a short commute to Banbury
- Electrical level 3 qualification and 18th Edition
- 2391 would be a desirable but not essential
- Need to able to deal with ahu maintenance, legionella testing and compliance
- Happy working in a small team
- Experience and knowledge of older buildings will be an advantage
- Good customer service skills
