Position: Business Development Manager
Reporting to: Managing Director
Location: Based at Warwickshire, with often international travel required.
Salary: £42,000 to £50,000 + benefits
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead new business growth for our exhibition and design-based company. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, developing strong relationships, and driving revenue throughselling ourinnovative and bespoke solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, coldcalling&pre-existing contacts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors.
- Present tailored exhibition stand solutions that align with client objectives and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal design and project management teams to develop compelling proposals.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience B2B
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Full clean UK driving license and own transport
