Position: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: M5 Corridor
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £38,000 to £42,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Service, Maintenance and Breakdown Air Conditioning Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the M5 corridor between Bristol and Birmingham.
This position will be joining a growing facilities company that has some major clients throughout the UK
This position will be dealing with the service, maintenance and breakdown of splits, vrv's, vrf's and ahu's. The work load with be 80% air conditioning and 20% general building services maintenance.
The right person for this position will have a strong air conditioning bias, they need to be holding Fgas (cat1) and a full UK driving licence. We would prefer it if this person already has experience working for a facilities company.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of air conditioning
- Must be able to perform service, maintenance and breakdown of vrv'sand vrf's
- Some building services maintenance experience would be an advantage
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a commutable location to the M5 corridor (between Bristol and Birmingham)
- Must have Fgas
