Location: Newbury

We are a reputable HVAC contractor based in Newbury and we are looking to hire a Junior Contract Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong technical background in air conditioning and mechanical systems to step into a management role while overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the successful delivery of HVAC projects.
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing contracts, and maintaining client relationships.
- Support in the coordination of air conditioning and mechanical installations, maintenance, and servicing.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring quality and efficiency are maintained.
- Collaborate with senior management to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with technical support and troubleshooting, drawing on your knowledge of HVAC systems.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of project management experience, ideally within the HVAC or mechanical services industry.
- Strong technical background, with knowledge of air conditioning and other mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A proactive and organized approach to managing projects and solving problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role, with a desire to progress your career.
