## Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee fire & security, perimeter security, and civils projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading major projects with a focus on enterprise solutions and utilities, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.## Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalise projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Lead the project team in the development and implementation of a project plan
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client, as well as all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget## Qualifications
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Experience with fire & security, perimeter security, and civils projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong familiarity with enterprise solutions and utilities projects
## Day-to-day
- Overseeing projects from inception to completion
- Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Conducting regular project meetings and providing updates to stakeholders
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfactionSER-IN
