Wastewater Service Engineer
Location: North West
£26,000 – £35,000 per year (DOE)
Are you an experienced engineer with a background in wastewater systems, pumps, or treatment plants? We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Wastewater Service Engineer to join our growing team. If you’re hands-on, customer-focused, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain various sewage treatment plants, wastewater pumps, and sewage systems
- Schedule and plan your own work and routes
- Carry out repairs and installations of pump and treatment plant systems
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of control panels and GSM units
- Provide outstanding customer service and liaise confidently on-site
- Produce detailed service reports with parts used or required for further repair
- Work independently when needed, with confidence and initiative
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical bias
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Confined space training (Desirable)
- CSCS Card (Desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to undertake further training as required
