Position: Coordinating Team Leader
Location: Slough
Salary: From £30,000 to £35,000 subject to experience level
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to support a team of administrators and coordinators dealing with a very high level client.
This position will be working for a very well established building services company that deal with planned and reactive maintenance for commercial clients throughout the South East.
The right person for this role will already have coordinating experience, they need to have worked their way up into a team lead level position and have very strong administrative background.
This role will be supporting an existing team of administrators and managers. They will be required to work closely with the HR team in relation to training, recruitment and appraisals.
We need this person to be very client focused while supporting the contract and the managers
Requirements
- Experience in Managing/ Leading a team of administrators
- Must have knowledge of the coordination of engineers
- Based in a short commute to Slough
- Excellent IT and Communication skills
- Able to create and adjust contracts
- Experience in dealing with appraisals and training support
