Asbestos Surveyor (P402 Qualified)
South London (Even Out Travel)
£40k Basic, 20 Days + Banks, Pension Scheme, Fuel Card & Company Car.Job Overview:
Are you an experienced asbestos surveyor ready for your next challenge in a growing surveying and removals company? We're seeking a P402 Qualified Surveyor with at least 3 years of experience to join a close-knit team, working primarily across domestic properties (80% domestic work).
Qualifications & Experience:
- P402 Qualification – essential
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience
- Comfortable dealing with private clients, developers, and similar stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills – this is not an analytical role, but a practical, field-based one
- Capable of working independently and managing day-to-day survey assignments
Role Details:
- You’ll be based in South London, travelling regularly to various sites (travel is balanced evenly).
- No housing contracts at present – the work is primarily domestic.
- You will not be required to do analytical work – your core focus will be on surveying and client interaction.

- Basic Salary – 2 Different Schemes - £40k Basic or £36k Basic + Bonus Scheme (5% turnover, earn up to £46k yearly)
