## Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new business opportunities in the fire and security maintenance sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of maintenance services
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fire and security technology
- Provide tailored solutions to meet clients' maintenance needs
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations

## Qualifications
- Proven track record in maintenance sales within the fire and security industry
- In-depth knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder systems
- Strong understanding of life safety systems and relevant industry regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in developing and implementing business development strategies

## Day-to-day
- Prospecting and presenting maintenance solutions to potential clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Collaborating with the technical team to ensure maintenance services are delivered effectively
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and technologies
