## Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire sales and life safety systems, with a proven track record of managing accounts and building strong client relationships. This role requires technical knowledge and industry experience along with FIA accreditations.## Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction
- Upsell additional products and services to existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise and solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends## Qualifications
- Proven experience in fire sales, life safety systems, and gas suppression
- Technical knowledge and FIA accreditations
- Strong industry experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of account management and upselling## Day-to-day
- Engage with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement upselling opportunities
