£30,000 – £40,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Company van (personal use), fuel card, 1-in-10 call-out rota with £200 standby allowance, death-in-service benefit, sick pay, healthcare plan, Christmas bonus, 32 days holiday, annual pay review, paid travel time, overtime, structured progression, and ongoing training.

The Role
We’re looking for a Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our expanding team. This field-based role involves servicing and maintaining fire and security systems within large commercial properties across the Scottish Borders. You'll need excellent communication skills, a team-focused mindset, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain fire alarm and security systems.
- Deliver outstanding service and support to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Drive to and from client sites (full UK driving licence required).
