Milton Keynes / Flexible Home-Based

Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in refrigeration solutions? This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, innovation-led team delivering energy-efficient & sustainable technologies.
The Role
- Providing refrigeration solutions to supermarkets, convenience stores and the food retail sector
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet growth targets
- Identify and convert new business leads, targeting key accounts
- Present and promote refrigeration and HVAC solutions to retailers and distributors
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Prepare and negotiate proposals and pricing
- Build strong, long-term relationships
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain CRM records and provide accurate forecasts and reports
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales within the refrigeration or HVAC sector
- Experience with integral, SPI, CO₂ or remote systems
- Strong technical understanding of system design, refrigeration or heat recovery
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools
- Able to work independently and flexibly, including occasional international training
