Help Desk Controller / Coordinator
Birmingham
Salary: £neg. subject to experience level
Duration: Temporary ongoing contract
We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Controller, who has previously worked within the Building Services or Construction sector, to join a busy building services team based in Birmingham.
This role will be working for a busy well established building services company that works on a national basis. They deal with the maintenance and break down repairs to mechanical and electrical systems within commercial and industrial premises.
This role will involve dealing with the clients by email and telephone, imputing a detailed description of the faults or breakdowns, Organising engineers to site, arranging parts and materials, providing quotations to clients, raising purchase orders, following through the job until completion.
The right person for this position will have already had experience in working with in the building maintenance industry. They must have a strong and confident telephone manner and good IT skills.
Requirements
Ideally experience in allocating work to engineers / help desk coordinator
Excellent Telephone and IT skills
Proven track record of working within the building services industry
Driving licence recommended due to location
Package
Negotiable hourly rate plus holiday entitlement
