The Role
As a Senior Fire Fault & Commissioning Engineer, you will take the lead on the high-level commissioning and fault-finding of a wide range of fire alarm systems. In addition, you'll play a key role in developing and mentoring the engineering team—both technically and personally. You will ensure that each team member is supported in delivering exceptional service, with a commitment to quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

This is a senior role requiring a professional individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, and a dedication to maintaining the highest industry standards. You will be expected to take ownership of the day-to-day operations while fostering an environment of growth and success.

Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver top-tier service, ensuring quality, reliability, and professionalism to our clients
  • Maintain and uphold the highest standards of communication and customer experience
  • Provide technical support to both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Operate in full compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Commission and maintain fire detection systems
  • Diagnose and repair faults in fire alarm systems
  • Support maintenance visits for conventional and addressable fire detection systems
  • Assist with the upkeep of emergency lighting and smoke ventilation systems
