Location: Surrey
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 plus pension and 25 days holiday excluding statutory daysAbout Us
We are leaders in the environmental and water treatment sector, providing top-notch services to ensure the safety and compliance of our clients. Due to ongoing growth within our Maintenance Division, we are looking for an Office Administrator.Key Responsibilities
- Data entry
- Proofreading reports and sending to clients
- Planning for 3-4 Engineers
- Booking travel arrangements
- Stock ordering
- Processing client POs
- Setting up service & maintenance contracts
- Assisting account managers and engineers with day-to-day queries
- Monitoring shared mailbox and dealing with ad hoc queries
- Receiving stock into the warehouse
About You
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Based within a commutable distance of Redhill
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Water Hygiene/Water Treatment experience would be a distinct advantage
