About the Role

My client is seeking a proactive and experienced BMS Bureau Manager to lead the daily operations of their bureau office. This pivotal role requires a highly organized and driven individual to oversee administrative functions, manage a small, dedicated team, and ensure that clients consistently receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the bureau office
• Lead, mentor, and support a small team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring top-tier service and communication
• Maintain accurate schedules, reports, budgets, and records
• Ensure compliance with internal protocols and external regulations
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement efficient processes
• Coordinate internal meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and manage office supplies and logistics
