This role involves a variety of tasks that support both administrative and operational functions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and well organised individual to join our UK team in an administrative and operational support role. As an Admin Support Assistant, you will be a key part of our daily operations, internal sales support, customer service, and warehouse coordination. You will need to be open to the idea of covering all tasks but this is a great chance to get skills in different sections. This varied role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to build a long-term career with a company that values collaboration and growth.Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or operational support role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- FLT license desired but openness to undertaking training is essential
- Ability to work independently while also contributing
