Job Opportunity: Electrical Engineer

Flexible Shifts (Days/Nights) (FULL MIDWEEK FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED)
Salary: £47,000 - £50,000 per annum
Locations: Berkshire/Surrey Border

Start Date: Immediate

This is a temp-to-perm role with an initial contract of 3-6 months.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly adaptable Electrical Operative to work across two busy hospital sites. This full-time role offers excellent pay, a structured schedule with no weekend work, and the opportunity to contribute to essential infrastructure in a live healthcare environment.

Key Highlights


  • Full flexibility is essential - day and night shifts required
  • Day Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
  • Night Shifts: 4 nights per week, 10 hours per night
  • No weekend work

Work Locations - Bracknell Area - Berkshire/Surrey area

Requirements


  • Gold Card (ECS/JIB) - essential
  • CP (Competent Person) training - highly desirable
  • First Aid qualification - required
  • Current, valid DBS - essential
  • Prior experience working in healthcare or education facilities is beneficial

Candidate Profile


  • A reliable and experienced electrician with the flexibility to work a mix of day and night shifts
  • Able to travel between Berkshire and Surrey as needed
  • Professional, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in live hospital environments
