We're seeking an experienced 3rd Line IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist to join our clients dynamic IT team. You’ll lead infrastructure support and improvements across our UK sites, delivering robust solutions and driving IT projects forward.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 3rd line support across 8 locations
Lead IT projects: server builds, Office365 migrations, network upgrades
Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure)
Maintain and monitor systems, servers, and hardware
Collaborate with vendors and mentor junior IT staffWhat You’ll Bring
✅ 5+ years in 3rd line or senior IT infrastructure roles
✅ Expertise in Windows Server (2012–2025), Microsoft 365, Azure AD
✅ Knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Hyper-V, networking protocols
✅ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
