Position: Plumbing bias Building Services Engineer
Location: Covering the North East
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £35,000 to £38,000 plus travel time and overtime
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the North East.
This engineer will be working within a team of experienced building services engineers with skill sets that include electrical and air conditioning
The right person for this position will have completed their NVQ qualification in plumbing and already has building services maintenance including compliance, plant room maintenance etc
We do need this engineer to have unvented experience as it will be needed for some of the sites
This is a mobile position so we do require a full UK driving licence
Requirements
- Strong background in Building Services Maintenance
- Must have at least an NVQ level 2 in plumbing, level 3 is preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in the North East
- Must have Unvented experience
- Unvented certificate would be preferred
- Happy to travel across the North East
- Must be able to join the on callrota
Package
