Senior Project Manager
£40,000 to £50,000 + 28 days holiday (inc bank), mileage
BoltonThis role combines hands-on project delivery with leadership and mentorship. It's ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic oversight and direct involvement in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of projects through all stages, from initiation to completion
- Allocate tasks based on team capabilities and project needs
- Supervise on-site engineers and ensure quality assurance through to sign-off
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
- Lead and support other project managers, fostering development and consistency
- Resolve escalated or complex project issues
- Maintain clear documentation, including RAMS
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients and partners
What You'll Need:
- Demonstrable experience in senior project management
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Technical or AV experience is a plus
- Ability to manage pressure and competing demands
- Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed
