An exciting Quality Manager role has become available. Working within a fast-paced environment to oversee a small team and be responsible for improvements to Quality Management Systems, work closely with peers within a senior operations team, lead and drive continuous improvements throughout the business in techniques and quality.

£50,000 - £55,000 (Depending on Experience), 25 days plus Bank Holidays, Company pension, life insurance.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Schedule and undertake internal audits.
- Support various teams including R&D and technical teams (FMEA)
- Manage quality aspects within the business management system.
- Oversee calibration of measurement devices.
- Lead workshops, projects, and investigations.
- Support quality control processes.
- Collate, analyse, and present KPI results to senior management teams.
- Assist in reviewing and updating of procedures to support the business.
- Enable audits from external and third-party inspectors.
- Ensure a quality culture is used across the business.
To apply you MUST have or hold:
- Knowledge of problem solving and continuous improvement processes.
- Internal auditing experience.
- MRP experience.
- Excellent time management.
- Understanding of Lean principles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience of Microsoft Office packages including power point, word and excel.
- Knowledge of HSE.
- Previous experience of leading a small team is beneficial.
