ReadingA great opportunity for an organised and driven Project Manager to deliver high-quality live events from concept to completion. This role covers office, warehouse, and on-site work with flexibility for home-working where suitable.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver multiple live event projects of varying scale
- Act as main client contact, handling briefs and communications
- Specify equipment lists in collaboration with technical staff
- Manage project budgets, logistics, and crewing requirements
- Source equipment and external labour where needed
- Coordinate teams across several projects simultaneously
What You'll Need:- Good understanding of sound, lighting, video, and staging solutions
- At least 3 years’ events industry experience with team management skills
- Strong organisational and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to work evenings/weekends
