£40,000 – £45,000 DOEWest Yorkshire
Full time and Hybrid

They are looking for a hands-on leader to head up our technical support and engineering teams.
This isn’t just about managing — it’s about rolling up your sleeves, leading from the front, and making sure their customers get the very best service, every single day.What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop a talented team of support desk and field engineers
- Be the senior point of contact for critical incidents and escalations
- Maintain high technical standards across IT, networking, security, VoIP & more
- Drive security best practices and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Balance leadership with hands-on technical problem-solving
What they are looking for:
- Experience managing technical teams in an MSP or fast-paced IT environment
- Strong technical understanding across infrastructure, networking, security & telephony
- Calm under pressure, people-first mindset, and a collaborative approach
- Great communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
