Role Overview
My client is seeking a skilled and dependable BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our team in London.
The ideal candidate will have a proven history in commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS) and possess the ability to work autonomously. A thorough understanding of HVAC plant and associated equipment is essential. In this role, you will:
- Work on various projects, ensuring BMS are installed and commissioned to the highest standards.
- Configure and program the BMS, integrating and calibrating sensors, controllers, and other components.
- Apply your expertise in Tridium and/or Trend BMS platforms to optimise operations and troubleshoot issues.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Provide training and guidance to clients and colleagues on system functionality and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Commission BEMS and Control Systems, focusing on Tridium and/or Trend.
- Maintain excellent communication and reporting skills with team members and clients.
- Develop software strategies and graphics to a high professional standard.
- Support team members and collaborate effectively.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' BMS commissioning experience.
- Proven commissioning expertise with Building Management Systems.
- Niagara (N4) expertise; Trend knowledge essential.
- Familiarity with Distech, Cylon, or Siemens advantageous (training provided).
- Experience with protocols: BACnet, SIP, Modbus, Lorawan, Mbus, etc.
- Ability to modify control panels with or without drawings.
- Valid CSCS/ECS or JIB
