We're seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager to drive service contract growth across the North West, focusing on FM companies and end users. This role blends relationship management with new business development.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with FM companies and end users
- Identify and secure new service contract opportunities
- Deliver tailored HVAC service solutions to meet client needs
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure contract delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maximise opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in HVAC service sales (contracts, maintenance, repairs)
- Strong network within FM and end-user markets
- Confident negotiator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Target-focused, commercially minded, and self-driven
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
