As a key member of their commercial team, you'll take ownership of cost management across vital projects from tender to final account, ensuring commercial success and lasting client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing all QS responsibilities across live civil engineering projects
Preparing and reviewing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts
Supporting contract negotiation and subcontractor procurement
Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure budgets and timelines are met
Producing accurate cost reporting and forecasting
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering/infrastructure
Sound knowledge of NEC or similar contract frameworks
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellence
