Trainee Water Engineer – Cardiff
Location: South West
Salary: From £25,397.00 per year
Hours: Full-time, permanent (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with overtime available)About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Water Engineer to join our Cardiff based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to work across installation, maintenance and repair tasks.Key Responsibilities
- Carry out TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) servicing
- Complete minor plumbing repairs effectively
- Record and report daily activities using digital software
- Support and deliver Water Technician tasks, including monitoring and maintenance
- Ensure all work is conducted to the highest standards of compliance and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 2 or C&G Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing is essential
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS
- Ideally based within a commutable distance of Cardiff
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
